Delete Your AtulyamOne Account
You can delete your account yourself, from the AtulyamOne app or the web.
In the mobile app
Open the AtulyamOne app, tap Menu › Profile › Delete account, confirm with your password and tap Delete my account.
On the web
Sign in at one.atulyam.tech, open Profile (top-right menu) and use Delete my account at the bottom of the page.
What happens next
Your account is scheduled for deletion 30 days later and you are signed out on every device. If you sign in again before that date, the deletion is cancelled. We email you when the deletion is scheduled and when it is cancelled.
What is deleted
On the deletion date we remove:
- Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo
- Your password, two-factor settings and every sign-in token
- Your roles and your access to every organization
What is kept, and why
Business records belong to the organization you worked for, and Indian GST, income-tax and labour laws require them to be kept: invoices, bills, vouchers, payroll and attendance records, and audit logs. They stay with that organization but are no longer linked to a working login. Your employer remains responsible for those records; ask them if you want your employee record changed.
Organization owners
If you own an organization that has other members or a paid plan, transfer ownership to another member (Settings › Users) or cancel the plan first. This stops a business losing access to its own books.
Cannot sign in?
Use Forgot password first. If that does not work, write to us from the email address of the account through the contact page and we will delete it for you after confirming it is yours.
